Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of Groundstop, provided by Begoña Prats Escobar, sole trader (empresaria individual), NIF 43117147J, C/ Lepant 270, bajos, 08013 Barcelona, Spain. By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Data Processing Agreement. Contact: hola@groundstop.eu.
1. The service
Groundstop records the actions of automations and AI agents built with tools such as n8n, Make and Zapier, shows them in a readable log, evaluates rules you define, sends alerts and offers a pre-action check that your workflows can call before acting. AI features are optional and use your own provider key.
2. Your account
You must be of legal age and use the service for professional purposes. Keep your credentials and agent tokens confidential; anyone with an agent token can send events for that agent. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not send special categories of personal data (health, biometric, genetic, political opinions, religious beliefs, sex life or orientation, trade union membership) or data about criminal convictions.
- Do not use Groundstop for illegal monitoring or surveillance of individuals, including employees, without a lawful basis.
- Send only the data needed to monitor your automations; you must have a lawful basis for it.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
4. Log and Protect: limitations
Log mode records what your workflow reports after it acts. Groundstop cannot undo, reverse or prevent actions that have already happened.
Protect mode only works when your workflow calls the pre-action check and obeys the answer. Pausing an agent or blocking an action has no effect on workflows that do not ask Groundstop first, or that ignore its response. If the check cannot be reached, your workflow decides what to do; we recommend treating it as "stop". Alerts depend on third-party channels and may be delayed or fail.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features; material changes to these Terms will be notified in advance.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Groundstop is a monitoring aid and does not replace your own controls, testing or human review.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or business, or for damages caused by actions of your automations. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if the service was free. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or where limitation is not permitted by law.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which deletes all your data immediately. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Barcelona (Spain), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rules that may apply.
